Hi, I’m Megan 👋

I find inspiration for my paintings in rural and equestrian life.

I love seeing a piece emerge as I progress through my process. I enjoy taking my own reference photos, so I’m lucky to live in a rural area with great views and big skies. Our property attracts a varied abundance of birds, as well as our own horses and poultry – we have obliging neighbours that let me photograph their sheep, goats and cattle. I love seeing what I can create from these photos with my brushes.
